Yoshiyuki Ishigame · President and Director
A lifetime in food.
A new chapter at the table.
Yoshiyuki Ishigame built his career at Isetan Shinjuku, working as a food buyer and heading restaurant and service operations. He later led Mitsukoshi Ebisu before moving to Paris to head Mitsukoshi Isetan’s representative office and its businesses in Italy and France.
Following his return to Japan, he served as President and Representative Director of Shiseido Parlour, overseeing the group’s food and beverage business. In October 2024, he became President and Director of Next Table.
From Japanese department stores to European markets and restaurant operations, his experience with food and people now informs the dining experiences Caviar Dubai seeks to create.
